CVD Series Fully Closed-Loop Control Type Features:

• Positioning operations can achieve sub-micron precision, with accuracy of less than 1 micrometer
• To minimize errors from backlash and lost motion, install encoders directly at the load
• The system performs correction control once the move is finished
