Modular Automation – AGV/AMR

Using an array of modular automation compatible products by Oriental Motor to achieve work piece assembly and high throughput. In this video, we focus on module 5 of 5 to see how Oriental Motor products are used to create AGV/AMR for workstation mobility. The BLV Series R Type is a battery powered brushless motor system that provides stable wheel speed, smooth start/stop, and speed adjustments from 1 r/min. Compact battery-free motor drivers, such as the AZ Series mini Driver and BLV Series R Type driver reduces control panel space usage and allows for downsizing. An AZ Series stepper motor and AZ Series mini Driver combination can move workpieces with high precision while holding the load in place should motion control abruptly stop.
